Prior to placing the order on the Wiggins website, I emailed asking whether I could have the wig customised. After multiple emails and WhatsApp messages between myself and customer services, I sent my measurements and was assured that I would receive a customised product. I received a wig that was 22.5 inches in circumference rather than the 21 inches I requested. It was huge and looked terrible. I immediately contacted the seller and sent pictures clearly showing that the wig was not the correct size. The seller then informed me that I should send a picture with the wig measured on a wig head. Subsequently, I purchased a wig head on Amazon,measured the wig,and sent additional pictures. I then received a final email stating that ‘the wig cap size was customized by your head, so it cannot be returned or refunded.’ After discussing this issue with them for a month, they finally agreed to fix the wig, ONLY if I paid for shipping to and from China, as well as all tariffs. The defective wig was their mistake, therefore the shipping costs and tariffs should be their responsibility. I now have a garbage wig that I cannot use. Complete and utter waste of time and money. This company is incompetent. Do not order from them. Updated in response to the business owner comment below. I have verified my order with Trustpilot by sending a screenshot of my shipping confirmation email which you sent me on 11 May 2021.
