I received my wig and upon opening it and inspecting it I immediately was dissatisfied and contacted the company to initiate a return. The company refused to give me the address to return the wig unless I provided a photo shoot of the wig in and out to prove that I had not washed it or worn it. Now mind you I had only had the wig in my possession for about 15 minutes. Almost a week later I am still arguing and fighting with this company to give me the return address to ship this wig back. They keep refusing to provide the address until they see a picture of the wig. This makes no sense because I have paid for the wig and I am also responsible for the shipping. Obviously they inspect the wig when it returns to the facility. Why would someone waste their money sending back a damaged wig knowing that $400 is at stake? I have sent several emails asking for the return address and still have not been provided with the address to return this wig. Nowhere on their website and their policies for return does it say that the customer must provide a photo shoot of the wig before they are given the address. This company goes above and beyond to make sure that you can not return the wig and get your money back when you are dissatisfied. If you read the reviews a lot of people are saying the same things. I ordered a 200% density wig that at best 150% if not thinner density. I ordered a 22 inch length. The wig barely stops past my shoulder blades. They are measuring the hair from the front hairline and not from the crown of the head or from the back of the head like most of the companies do. Their customer service is atrocious and if you look at the reviews they have tons of one star reviews that are deserved. Rarely do I go out of my way to leave a bad review for a company, but this one just takes the cake. Absolutely horrific company do not order from them, do not waste your time, do not waste your money. Look into better more established companies with higher quality hair and excellent customer service such as luvme wigs, Alipearl, xrs wigs.

ATTENTION!!! I ordered this loose deep wave wig a few weeks back. When it came it came with some holes in lace and stitching was unraveling hair length was 17inch/20inch being the longest. I spoke with Mary who tried to offer $40 for a refund to use on a Bob wig(which is not what i ordered) i kindly declined . Mary stated to wash and flat iron hair to see the true length which still was length stated above.I explained I will be sending back the product as its not as described. I disputed with Paypal as item is not described . I got an email stating they refused my dispute as it met the similarities of what they sold- -I called PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICE- and explained this can’t be right and PAYPAL REP stated the Seller is saying that my wig was “Custom Made unit”- INCORRECT i sent screenshots of Website and how you order- Once Paypal Rep looked into this He Refunded me my Whole order- Please Be careful as they have been doing this to alot of customer and Paypal is looking into other cases that had been refused by their company.
