Absolutely incompetent. Failed to turn up twice then tried to lie.

EDITED 8/8/26 Made an appoint back in May, a whole day appointment due to QR code restrictions, didn't Turn up, when i rang them they claimed they cancelled it, which i called them out on, and when listing to to the recorded call, it was inconclusive.. they said they are going to be doing weekend callouts and they would put my name down, i said okay and will i get in trouble with my housing association?, they said no they would inform them, a few months later am getting letters saying am in breach of my tenancy etc, so am like right,, i rebooked by phone an appointment for PM 24/7/26 no access till 3pm, they said fine "he wont come before this" 12pm his ringing my door while am at work, i said my appointment not till 3pm, he like oh can you come earlier?, i said about 2.15pm, which i did and he did the test took like 15mins, at this time and after am still getting letters so i ring the housing association, they ring the Wigget group and confirm i've had the test and to ignore the letters they just didn't have the certificate yet, yesterday (6/8/26) i get a text saying an engineer is coming, i ring the wigget group, asking whats going on, they don't know, a few hours later i get a call saying they need to rebook the test i said why? they are like they could not gain access, called them out on it again, they recheck, apparently engineer has left company and didn't complete my paperwork.... so now i have another appointment for today @ 3pm (more time of work) what are we going for coming too early or not turning up at all? i have kept my housing association in the loop, they have been very helpful and if i have any trouble with this appointment to contact them. Graham was fantastic, a pleasure to have round. Got everything safety checked smoothly ( like a boss ) and personally what a gentleman. We love good character. The professionalism, on point. ✔️

Constantly call and leave voicemails on my phone despite me telling them I am hearing impaired and require written communication. Send reminders at 7am waking people up. When I complained the next one was at 12.13 am. (They need to turn off auto reminders outside of business hours.) Engineers turning up to appointments after you cancel. Then tell your housing association you refused entry. This has gone on for months. Totally unprofessional.

In trouble with housing because they won't attend! They can claim that they attended by sending a letter the next day ( because they were not there on appointment day to do it )claiming they can gain entry via landlord with a red letter. They have harassed me for over a year with appointments they never kept and I'm getting in s*** for it . This is got to be so illegal!

Needed a inspection due to house association.... They gave me an appointment waited in and then got told sorry can't attend. Keep ringing me trying to arrange another appointment even though i kept saying I will contact them when I have a day off. Took a day off confirmed a am appointment between 8 to 12. At 11 15 rang to find out where the engineer was and was told I booked a pm appointment. After telling the person in the end of the phone I didnt he investigated and it was a admin error on their end putting the wrong time in.

Useless unreliable and do not even have the courtesy to call when there is going to be a problem. Twice they failed to show up. Guinness Housing say these tests are essential, but send an unreliable contrator to do the job.

This is the first time using this company and it won’t be the last ! From their initial contact with me to completion of the inspection and works i couldn’t be more impressed ! Telephone calls with different members of staff i found everyone polite , informative , accommodating and kind. Email/wassap messaging the same. I had to cancel an appointment at short notice which is obviously not good for a business but they were sympathetic to my reasons and kindly rescheduled at a date i chose. They sent a couple of reminders beforehand and on the day sent a message to say the expected ETA. The lovely man arrived on time, was happy, friendly and polite. He introduced himself and put shoe protectors on and put his work bag on the porch floor to protect my carpets. Asked if i had any faults that i knew of and then did a whole house electrical inspection and fixed a few problems he found. Throughout the time he was here he was diligent professional and we had good conversation. Great company to use if you need their services whether you are a business a landlord or a private individual. Their staff are really really lovely. Professional and caring, friendly and polite x
