I have been trying to reach this company for a few days now. I ordered on 8/16 and have only received an order confirmation. On their site they say they have 24/7 customer service well that's not true, it askari states that they ship within 24 hrs on a business day if in stock. I've tried reaching out several times and nothing. Only one message asking for my order number, no response after that.

This 9x6m cap WigFver Water Wave unit is absolutely gorgeous! The curls are soft, bouncy, and true to length. The lace blends perfectly, and the parting space is amazing. No tangling or shedding so far.
On top of that, the customer service team was exceptional. I changed my mind and requested an exchange for my original order, and they were so helpful, responsive, and simply impeccable throughout the process.
Since finding Wig Fever, my hair game has been pure class & steeze. Highly recommend! It’s a 10/10 minus nothing!!!

Where to begin ... first off I hate to be trite and state the obvious there is no way to leave zero stars ... The wig is beyond terrible ... as a Black woman I have A LOT of experience with wigs blended, real human hair and even synthetic .... this is the worst quality wig I have ever purchased ... it arrived the wig was coming out of the box the wig is shedding the hair is patchy and thin ... it smells of some kind of chemical fragrance almost like bug spray ... the part is like an inch and a half acrosss of straight lace the lace front portion looks cut and torn like someone had used this wig before we got it ... the hair looks like two different types of hair ... and the length is not even close to the reported 18" ... and now you are refusing to refund me my money ... clearly you send these "influencers" online different product than the rest of us do not worry I will be taking every opportunity to tell every one on every social media platform about the garbage wigs you sell for inflated prices and then refuse to reimburse customers after you rip them off!!!! Also will be reporting you to the BBB good luck you are going to need it ... trust me I am going to savage you on every available platform

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the kind of impression we want you to have of our products. We take your feedback very seriously.
After carefully checking the pictures you sent, we did notice there is glue on the lace and a small notch near it. However, we want to clarify that this is not how our wigs are shipped. Our lace is always cut with professional tools, which cannot create that irregular shape. Please rest assured, all of our wigs are brand new when shipped.
Regarding the smell you mentioned, our products are strictly inspected before leaving the factory and should not carry any odor. We’re not sure if there might have been a misunderstanding here, but we do want to resolve this with you.
As for the length, if your wig is shorter than the 18 inches you ordered, could you please send us a picture of the measurement? We want to make sure you receive exactly what you paid for.
We promise we will not let you suffer any loss. If there is indeed a quality issue, we will take full responsibility and work out a proper solution for you.

Bad hair
They advertised human hair and supplied me synthetic hair. My whole head is in complete tangles. Reached out to them and they said they could see the tangles but could only give me a 20eueo refund and no replacement. Complete and total scammers. Dont lose your money to them
