I had an issue with the wig I ordered and I reached out to WigFever customer service. They gladly took care of it for me and gave me a refund. I have had really bad experiences with Asian companies but WigFever made me felt heard and understood my reasons why I didn’t like one of the wigs I purchased.

Very good Quality hair. I bought the Malaysian Deep wave hair bundle .No shedding . Initially they made a mistake and sent me the wrong size frontal, I contacted CS , they double checked the order and apologised and rectified by mailing the correct size immediately. Would definitely recommend. Trusting the quality and CS remains the same.

First time I’ve ever ordered a wig with a lace and all that. Seen the ads on instagram and have been in limbo with ordering since last year, but I thought I’d take the chance and just do it. All in all the delivery took 10 days from when the initial order was sent via DHL. Upon opening it’s in a nice pretty pinky purply box with a bonnet, 3 wig caps, tail comb and this band thing. The wig was packaged within a plastic bag but also had some netting over it, polystyrene and tissue paper to keep its shape. The hair in my opinion is very beautiful, so soft and matches my own hair texture. I ordered a 18inch silky straight Indian hair glueless wig and I’m honestly in awe with how nice it is. I’m saving it for my holiday in May but I’m still yet to learn how to apply it properly. After satisfied with this purchase i went and ordered a water wave style! I shall make a review once that has arrived also but wig fever have not disappointed me and id recommend to my friends and family😁
