Stay FAR away from this company! I have purchased from them 2 different times now… the first time my experience was decent, I ordered from them in October of 2025. The wig I received from them was of decent quality for the rather “affordable” price point. It was as described – full, true to length and was big head friendly. The hair quality was fair, it could hold a curl relatively well. The only thing I didn’t enjoy much about this wig was how it tangled and shed more than other wigs I own while using daily. I do actually still have this particular wig to this day and will still wear it here and there. So, I decided to order a new wig from them as my initial experience was good overall… which turned out to be a MASSIVE mistake! I needed a wig for a photoshoot and didn’t want to go crazy cost wise as it likely wouldn’t be worn much after the fact… but, my lord, was that ever a BIG mistake! I don’t know what has happened to this company from when I first purchased to now but the quality and overall service is seriously unacceptable and needs to be made known to others so they don’t waste their money. I ordered the wig on May 20th hoping to have it in time for my photoshoot. Well, it didn’t even ship out until June 1st. I didn’t get any tracking updates until the 5th. I had reached out to them wanting to know what was going on as my previous experience was vastly different. They had explained to me that it wasn’t in stock when I had placed the order and they were awaiting a new shipment of the hair I ordered. I insisted on some sort of partial reimbursement for the inconvenience and they had agreed and told me to reach out once I’ve received the hair. I didn’t end doing so since things got much worse once I received my order… While I wasn’t already very impressed as I had ordered from them particularly cause they did ship fast and did carry decent hair for the price. I didn’t receive my order until June 11th – a day after I had needed it… but, don’t you worry, that is just the beginning from this joke of a company! Upon opening the hair I couldn’t help but notice how thin it felt – even through the plastic bag the hair sits in. I took it out and was floored when I was met with a straggly hot mess! I ordered a 250%, 30”, 13x6, HD lace, “pre bleached, pre cut and plucked” unit, the hair was not at all as described or as shown. The hair was SO thin to the point it was basically translucent!!! For 250% density hair – that should NOT be the case whatsoever! Not to mention the hair was hardly “pre-bleached”. I swear bleach barely touched those knots! The only good thing about the wig was the pre plucked hairline and the very HD lace. I was so floored with this cause my 1st order from them was the polar opposite. I swear to you that when I gathered all the hair to see truly how thick it was it genuinely looked like one of shade samples all the beauty supply stores used to have to show the the colour of the hair of the box dye! I couldn’t and STILL can’t believe my eyes! To top that off, the hair was also extremely dry feeling right out of the box and I had ran my fingers through the hair and my fingers kept getting caught in the hair – it was all tangly and very unmanageable considering it’s BRAND NEW!!! I have been reaching out to this company over email, Facebook and Instagram for the last month to try and return the wig for a refund and conveniently they didn’t get back to me until after the 30 day return window. They are claiming I have done stuff to the hair for it to be in that condition… it’s a complete and utter joke! They’re dodging the photo proof I had from the day I unboxed the wig. Now, I’m dealing with PayPal to help me get my damn money back! If you know what’s best for you – steer FAR away from this company!!! They are true scam artists! I have never in my life been one to leave reviews, mind you a Trustpilot one but knew I needed to spread the word of my experience as it was horrible and unheard of that after this horrible experience I could possibly save others from going through what I am currently dealing with. Save your coin and go elsewhere, you’ll thank me!

Never received my items. They told me the item was out of stock yet still have it listed on their site. They asked me to wait 7 business days a total of 10 days. Every day they extended it asking for one more day. As I was waiting they tried to get me to put money towards a different wig instead $20 more dollars. After waiting about 12 days still no wig instead stock. So I asked them to send me the longer wig as a courtesy and they now say that one is out of stock too. I waited days for their response by email and WhatsApp and they failed to respond and keep me update. Over all bad customer services, poor communication, didn’t receive my items, they don’t offer no solutions or alternative options.

Initially I bought a wig from this company and it was good. So I decided to get another seeing that the quality was good prior. However after one wear the lace tore and is not wearable at all. The description said 360 and that it came ready to wear which was also falsely advertised. I reached out to the company and they are saying the wig tore because of how I handled it... but why should a wig tear after one use ?? I have bought wigs from other places and this did not happen. I am extremely disappointed. I asked for a replacement or refund and they said they cannot offer a replacement but will give a 15% discount.. how insulting!! The item was over 150 USD and you want to give me back like $20 which cannot purchase anything substantial. To add insult to injury they sent me a video of how other customers wigs tore and how they sewed it back. They said I also should sew mine. I don't understand what type of nonsense this is truly. I will not be using them again that is for sure. Extremely disappointed!!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Wigfever. I waited 32 days for my order and spent a significant amount of money expecting the wig to match the confirmed size. Unfortunately, the wig does not fit and does not match the ordered specifications. Before production, I received confirmation regarding the size. However, after I raised concerns, the explanation changed. The cap circumference measures approximately 22.5 inches, which is smaller than what was ordered (23.5 inches). The wig is extremely tight and unwearable. I have previously purchased wigs in the correct size, and they fit comfortably, so I know this is not an issue of personal preference. This item simply does not respect the size requested. I requested a return label and a refund, but the process has been difficult and frustrating. I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service so other customers do not experience the same issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I can’t speak to the quality of the wig because I never received it. This review is based on customer service alone. Do not expect any upfront tracking information. You will only receive a confirmation, the website will show “no orders” and you’ll have to reach out to them to get any additional information. My very first email was ignored the second one only got answered because I mentioned disputing with my bank. Due to a shipping error the wig was sent back to their warehouse in Jersey. I live in New York City and that wig has not moved since November 17th after I’ve been assured it would get sent out again once they received it. Of course there’s excuse after excuse on why it takes this long to send something a state away that I already paid for. Refunds are HIGHLY discouraged they will do everything in their power to keep your money. They can’t make up any defects or imaginary issues with the wig to use as a reason to not refund me since it’s never been in my possession so they use the “it will take a long time to get back to us so you might as well let us ship it to you” as if I haven’t been asking for that for 2 weeks. I’m going through my bank to get my money and I suggest all the real reviewers who have gotten taken advantage of do the same.

The wig is not human hair at all, I tried to bleach the hair and nothing happened. The hair is nice when you get it after the 3rd week and washing it it became like synthetic blend. I was happy with the hair but just found out it’s not human hair once I try reinstall the unit and I wanted dye the hair a lighter color the hair didn’t take at all

Well I can't review the wigs because i'm still waiting on them. I have reach out to them for the past few days with no response whatsoever now. The message at the top of the chat box keeps displaying that no one is currently available. I would not suggest buying anything from them if you're on a time schedule to do something. I have received any conformation on my delivery and i'm not able to view my order. The only way I know that I purchased something is because it shows on my debit card. If I could find a way to upload the pictures of the chat I will.

They said its full hair bla bla, They sent me a hair which is far from full even you put it on your head you can see the saw inline!! they scam you with wrong Adress if you want to return it back! D I S A P P O I N T I N G !!
