Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback. We checked your account and want to clarify one important point: the $5 bonus is not given just for signing up. We’ve never advertised a “sign up and instantly get $5” offer anywhere. The bonus is automatic once the required action is completed, not at the moment of registration. At the time of your review, that required step hadn’t been completed yet, which is why the bonus wasn’t credited. You can find the exact requirement on our referral page, and once it’s done, the bonus is applied automatically. We understand it’s frustrating when expectations don’t match reality, especially when you’re new. If you need help or something feels unclear, our support team is always available and happy to help. Thanks for giving us a try, and we hope your experience improves from here.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Rewards aren’t always credited instantly. In some cases, there can be a delay while the advertiser confirms the completion on their side. This is normal and usually resolves on its own. If the reward hasn’t been credited after 48 hours, you’ll see a “Report a problem” button directly on the offer page. From there, you can submit a missing reward report and our team will review it so you can be credited if everything checks out. Thanks for your patience, and feel free to contact support if you need help along the way.
