I spent $12 on a game to earn cash back and never got the cash back plus have contacted support multiple times with not even an acknowledgment of me contacting them. It’s been 36 hours. The site says they will never take longer than 24 hours. Disappointed.

Customer service is non existent. Reported a problem with not receiving credit for a games progression 2 months ago and still haven't gotten a response.

I was referred to this app and I thought it was amazing fast payouts n what not however I participated in a referral tournament got 3rd place and then they said that they wasn't that transparent with the rules and should have explained it better which i understand 100% while payouts are usually instant they literally gave me the run around and never updated my balance when I was supposed to receive 350 dollars then they said it'll take 30days which was April 30th today and I go to check to see if anything was updated and it said I was disqualified ive wrote several times over the last week I wasn't rude or anything but they won't even respond at this point to give an explanation as to why I was disqualified I literally will not participate again as I can't control how others use the app so I'll definitely be deleting my account since they're rude and refuse to explain why I was disqualified after waiting a month they could have said that a month ago but no they kept stringing me along getting me to use their app n download games only to be disqualified without explanation smh usually only scammed do that

However, the tournament reward was not paid out due to disqualification after a review found violations of the tournament and referral rules. So I stayed up all night playing a game to reach level 350. I earned the $ and went to cashout and I couldn't because cashouts are temporarily unavailable?! Chat bot says it's to refill the payments methods check back later, huh? I still haven't been able to cashout

Sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced. We did have a temporary technical issue with the wallet system that day which briefly affected cashouts. The issue has since been resolved and cashouts are now working normally again. You should be able to withdraw your rewards without any problems now. So far it has been great. I have had no tracking issues and I have cashed out twice already. My rewards went straight to my PayPal in minutes. Finally a legit play to earn app. Well I really hate having to do this. Right after I put up my review, I tried to redeem my rewards again. This time it keeps saying cash outs ate temporarily unavailable, please try again later. So I am going to have to take back my 6 stars. If I am able to redeem again, I'll come back and change it. Also you can't talk to support unless it is in between working hours and not on the weekend.

We’ve never advertised a “sign up and instantly get $5” offer anywhere. The bonus is automatic once the required action is completed, not at the moment of registration. At the time of your review, that required step hadn’t been completed yet, which is why the bonus wasn’t credited.
