If I could give no stars I would .. this company sucks I first spent 175 on a box everything that came in the box was either broken or dirty and they wouldn’t give me my money back only a credit . Well I ordered a box of unclaimed mail on July 9th and still haven’t received my shipment. They keep telling me my tracking will update within 48 hours . And no they won’t give me money back because they are saying I used a credit so my next step is the better business bureau

This place is a JOKE! I ordered a box one month ago. They will respond by email and eventually give you a FedEx tracking number. The tracking will just show that the label has been created and they will update the delivery information when they receive the box. I don't think they will ever receive the box. I'm waiting another week and then filing a claim with my credit card company! Also, they will follow you on Instagram to see if you are an influencer. If you are, you may receive your box.

I ordered a box of unclaimed mail July 11. No reply no tracking. I contacted via email 7/29. They replied on 7/30 by confirming my order (finally) 126570 and sending me a tracking number. 420926489305520207600542932235 It is now 9/7 and I have received NOTHING and have filed a dispute on my credit card. I also did some googling to find that I am not the only one. Influencers need to take down their posts about them. They don't send the boxes out. Also I am QUITE sure after investigating further, that they take anything of value out and send out junk that is worth nothing. Congrats on them on the biggest scam!

Ordered 2 boxes July 23. Only got bad tracking numbers on August 23 . Called several times and was told it will be expedited, but of course never is. Unable to contact a supervisor.

I have been waiting over two months for them to ship my order. They only ever printed off the shipping label. I have tried to contact them about finding out when it will ship numerous times, but still haven't received any response. Total waste of money!!

I was pleased with the boxes that came from target. I wasn't pleased with the shipping I am still waiting for the electronics box that I ordered 13 days ago the lable was made but that's it

This box was filled with items that my daughter and I can actually use. Very good selection

All items were great. An useful will be ordering another one soon
