It’s been well over a month and a half and I just keep getting excuses after excuses. I was given a tracking number within a day of ordering. The tracking number has yet to even be validated. But yet they continue to send emails saying they have boxes all ready to mail out.!! Nothing but false advertising. I really think somebody should start a class action lawsuit against them.

I ordered a returns box from Wibargain that was $125 and supposed to retail above that amount and I received opened used junk that should not have been approved for return. It included kids toys with drawings on the boxes, missing pieces, and opened curtains with stains on them. The retail value of the box didn't even come close to how much I paid. I had to throw away most of it, except for one kids toy that I sold for $5. Such a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I wish I could give them NO STARS!!!! Ordered on Aug 19th. Company provided me a fraudulent FedEx tracking number and has now stopped replying to my email inquiries asking where my order is. Finally disputed the CC charge today 9/16 after sending the company an email 4 days ago asking for an order cancellation and refund and receiving no response. This company is a f**king JOKE.

Please believe the reviews. I ordered a box on August 8th, 2021 and I’m STILL WAITING on it to arrive. Shortly after you order they send you a tracking number that doesn’t provide ANY TRACKING INFO. I’ve called at least five times to inquire about my package and I’m told different LIES each time. I either get the “oh I’m sorry it’s such a popular box that they’re running behind” or “I’m sorry ma’am the delivery company we used had some issues so we’ll get it expedited and it’ll be there this week WEDNESDAY which is today. Still NO BOX!! I called back and was told oh it’s shipping out this week FRIDAY which means even more of a delay. I asked for a refund and was told I’d have to fill out a form to get my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! SCAMMERS BIG TIME

will never send your items, produce scam tracking labels to try an scam your credit card dispute as well.

Scammers!!! Worst experiment. Never received my order. Only promises and lies that the parcel will be sent. but they never sent anything. Don’t waste your money

I ordered 165.00 worth of items on August 3rd and it is now September 14th. I will never order from them again and I have instructed all family and friends to not order from them. It would be different if they kept you updated or even let you know in the beginning that the order will be delayed several months. They sent me this bogus tracking number for USPS and FedEx. Horrible business practices. Everyone just report them to the Better Business Bureau.
