You should have the exact name of the tile on the back of the samples. I ordered samples but when I placed the order and described the tile I wanted for my new bathroom, you sent the other sample. I said the whitest tile and you sent the grey ones. I didn't have time to change them and fortunately, they look ok.

I called about a week after ordering to request shipping info, since none had been received. The person I spoke with said they would check on it and call me back in like 15 minutes. After an hour I called them back and was told it would ship that day. Seriously? Would I ever have gotten my product if I hadn't called? And where was the call back? The grout itself was as promised, a bit dusty but just what I needed.
