WholeTiles.comReviews of wholetiles.com

I am absolutely thrilled and fascinated with my recent purchase from WholeTiles.com! I bought a backsplash piece for my vanity, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic.Their customer service goes above and beyond. Before making my final decision, they generously sent me two sample pieces completely free of charge so I could see exactly which one would match my vanity best. This made all the difference! Once I chose the perfect option and placed my order, the result was a total success. It fits so seamlessly that it looks as if it originally came as a single piece with the vanity itself. It looks absolutely spectacular! On top of the stunning product, the shipping and packaging were outstanding. The piece arrived completely intact, beautifully wrapped, and without a single scratch or imperfection. It was in pristine, excellent condition.I cannot recommend WholeTiles.com highly enough. They have officially earned a permanent spot on my list of best stores, and I will definitely be purchasing from them again for all my future projects. Thank you for such an incredible customer experience!

It's great when you can trust an online seller. They understood what I needed and delivered. Great pricing. Friendly. Went out of their way to get it out quickly. I received a quality product. Thank you WholeTiles.com John L.

I ordered a custom shower curb and it was delivered in 4 business days. Great customer service responded immediately with questions I had.

Great customer service! Sue is quick to respond and extremely helpful!

I ordered 2-samples stone sills from Whole Tiles and received them almost immediately. They had the products and color I wanted and within one week I had the sills I ordered in New Mexico. I am very impressed with the company, their customer service, packaging and service and I highly recommend. They are a legit company. Earl

We sent WholeTiles several questions, and each one was answered within minutes. First, we ordered a sample. It was well packed and arrived when promised. Next, we ordered a 4 ft wide shower threshold. It also arrived when promised, and it was packed so well that there is absolutely no way it could have broken. I wish we had found this company earlier on in our bathroom remodel! We will not hesitate to order from Whole Tiles again.

Lynda is rude and gives an attitude. I returned a marble bathroom vanity piece because of a hole in it and she told me thats how marble is. I ended up returning it. Turns out I was listed as a “problem client” because of the return. I bought a marble piece elsewhere and no holes!

I recently ordered a marble shower niche shelf in Botticino Beige from Whole Tiles. The package arrived when promised and in good condition. The packing job was excellent! But when I saw the shelf, I was disappointed. The color was very different than the sample I had ordered previously. I emailed the company and explained the issue. They sent me the correct shelf very quickly and it was perfect! I didn't even have to return the original shelf. I was very pleased with the product and their service.
