Where are the rest of my parts. 2 8" clamps.
Response from Wholesale HosesNov 15, 2025
Hi Robert, thanks for your review. It looks like your order was split into two shipments, which can sometimes land on different days. The hose shipped via FedEx, and the two 8" clamps went out separately through USPS. According to the tracking info, the clamps are scheduled to arrive Monday, 11/17. The tracking details for both packages were included in the shipment email you received on the 10th, so you can follow their progress directly. We know it’s frustrating when parts don’t all arrive together, and we really appreciate your patience. One of our team members will be reaching out to you directly to make sure everything gets sorted. In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to give us a call—we’re happy to help. - The Wholesale Hoses Team
