You promised next day shipping, however, you do not keep promises. I am still waiting for your notice that my order has even shipped.

Hello Bryan, thank you for sharing your review! We value all of our customers and definitely want to resolve any issues that arise as quickly as we can. We understand you placed your order online at 6 pm on October 25th. Our shipping policy does say “next-day shipping” but the order was placed after 5 pm so the next business day to process and ship the order would be the 27th. That is the day the hose you ordered was shipped. Currently, FedEx is showing your order will be delivered this Saturday, the 29th, by the end of the day. We’re sorry if there was any misunderstanding and a member of our customer support team will be reaching out to you today to ensure everything is in order. Again, thank you for your comment. - The Wholesale Hoses Team
