Free shipping is offered for all our hoses and hose accessories anywhere in the contiguous United States with the exception of residential LTL Freight shipments. This is the only exception to our free shipping policy. Your order did not include any shipping costs. We want to assure you that we wasted no time in processing your order. However, due to ongoing delays with carriers all over the United States, there was a slight delay with the delivery timeline. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’re happy to say your hose is with the carrier and ready to be delivered. A member of our customer service team did reach out to let you know the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time and also provided their phone number so you can call them direct to arrange the most convenient time to receive your hose.
