Trustpilot, the feedback solicitor is lame.
Soliciting feedback before the item even ships is lame. Yes, I saw the disclaimer in the solicitation. It is still lame. I blame their feedback provider TRUSTPILOT. The hose guys are just stuck with a lame feedback provider. Was two stars, now 5 stars because they really went overboard to do everything else.

Hi Dan. Well, thanks for the feedback. We use Trustpilot as our review-gathering company and unfortunately they only give us 2 options for reviews. We can create a "product" review request or a "service" review request. The service review request is for folks to comment on our customer service. Some choose to comment on our team (if they ordered via phone) and some that order via the web will simply comment on that part of the ordering process. We are happy to say your order is on the way and according to the latest update from FedEx will arrive tomorrow, October 25th. We appreciate all the feedback and thanks for ordering with us. We will do our best to earn your trust and satisfaction. - The Wholesale Hoses Team

Outstanding service
Order time to delivery was outstanding! Now I'm hoping this higher cost hose is far superior to the OEM product which started splitting in the first season on leaf collection and removal.
