Hi Gary, thank you for letting us know about this, and I'm sorry the hose that arrived was short of what you ordered. That's not the experience we want for you. I'm glad we were able to connect with you directly. As discussed, we're looking into exactly what happened on our end and are working to get the correct 12' hose out to you as quickly as possible. We stand behind everything we ship, and when something goes wrong, our goal is always to make it right fast. Thanks for your patience while we get this squared away, and please reach out directly anytime if you need anything else. - The Wholesale Hoses Team

Hi Jeffery, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're glad ordering was quick and easy and that shipping got everything to you fast. Just a quick note — Wholesale Hoses doesn't have a referral program, so you may be thinking of Cyclone Rake's program instead. Either way, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us! - The Wholesale Hoses Team

Hi George, Thank you for updating this, and for writing out the whole sequence. Driving in on a day you were closed, for a delivery window that had already come and gone that morning, is aggravating. The window you were given wasn't the one that got run — that's a real problem regardless of who caused it. Dan will be glad to hear the follow-through landed. Calling you first thing Monday, handing over his direct number, and checking back after the box arrived is how we expect this to go when a shipment goes sideways. Hang on to that number — he's your guy on the next order, and he can confirm fit and availability before anything ships. Glad the Flexadux TR came through in good shape. The Wholesale Hoses Team

Hi William, Thanks for the review. Clear pricing by diameter and length is what we build the site around, so it's good to hear it did its job. If you ever need a size or fitting you don't see listed, give us a call — we'll tell you straight whether we can get it. The Wholesale Hoses Team
