We have no orders from someone named Alex Tillery and they have refused to provide any further information to prove that this is a genuine experience. Our oils are made to the highest concentration that is safe to wear. We do not add chemical thickeners to our oils to make them thick. This is usually what someone is referring to when they say "watered down" as they are used to oils containing cheap fillers that make the oil thick. The purest form of fragrance out there is an essential oil which is thin like water. We ship orders out in a timely manner and our shipping time is posted on the top of our website at any given time. The transit time to a customer is beyond our control. Most of our customers are repeat customers and we have long standing relationships with them that have lasted decades. This reviewer has refused to provide any information that would allow us to pull up their order if they did actually place one... They have also attempted some sort of smear campaign against us across other review websites - again without providing any information that suggests they actually placed an order with us. It would seem that this reviewer, who is accusing us of posting "fake reviews", is the one posting fake reviews... All reviews on our website and Google Customer Reviews have been posted by real customers who have actually placed an order with us. These reviews cannot be faked because they require that an order has been placed. A website like Trustpilot will allow anyone to post a review with no verification or ordering required. We mostly have repeat customers who have been ordering from us for years and this would not be possible if this review held any merit whatsoever.

We are truly saddened if we conclude a business relationship with a customer. It is not something that any business would like to do. However, we did not feel comfortable shipping an order considering the last order you placed. We should not have to tolerate being shouted at, sworn at, threatened and insulted over $17.00 worth of product (4 fragrances out of 14). It is very difficult to have a meaningful conversation under those circumstances. There was no issue with your order or with the products. You tried some scents that you had not tried before and did not like them. It is true that we will not like every single fragrance out there. Some fragrances are strong, some are subtle and the rest fall somewhere in between. This does not mean one is diluted and another one isn’t – it is natural for fragrances to vary in strength depending on their fragrance notes. We did not deserve the treatment we received from you and this review is not an accurate representation of our products or business. We would be willing to work with you if you would like to change this review to accurately reflect the products you have enjoyed since 2012.

Thank you for sharing your opinion and personal experience. We are sorry that you did not like our version of Kenneth Cole Black. This is the only fragrance I see that you have tried from us out of the 900+ that we carry. We always recommend testing samples first to make sure you like our version of a fragrance. Our oils are made to the highest concentration that is safe to wear on skin. Our goal is to match the original fragrance and not another company’s version of it.
