This reviewer has declined to provide any information to verify their purchase with us. Instead, they have submitted nearly identical reviews multiple times. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers, which we believe is a strong testament to the quality and consistency of our products. Most of our customers are satisfied with both their orders and our interpretations of popular fragrances. We rarely receive complaints, so we may have been able to identify the individual based on recent correspondence. There has only been one recent issue, and that matter was addressed on the same day the initial review appeared. In that case, the customer received four small, prefilled bottles. Their first concern was a dislike for our version of Japanese Cherry Blossom. Shortly afterward, they inquired about where our fragrance list could be found. The next day, they requested to return all items without providing a specific reason. We responded by referencing our clearly stated return policy, which is displayed in multiple locations on our website: the Information page, the Shipping & Returns page, the Shopping Cart, and as the first sentence in the Terms & Conditions box during checkout. As outlined in our policy, we do not accept returns on fragrance products. We encourage customers to order sample sizes first to ensure they enjoy our interpretation before committing to larger purchases. Additionally, the cost of return shipping would have likely equaled or exceeded the total cost of the bottles in the order ($6.40). While we regret that this customer was dissatisfied with their purchase, fragrance preferences are inherently subjective. Claiming that our scents bear no resemblance to the originals is a personal opinion not commonly shared by most of our customers. Our fragrances are developed using chemical analysis and created by perfumers with over 30 years of experience. We consistently receive positive feedback and are proud of the high level of customer satisfaction we maintain.

We do not control the weather and we cannot make USPS deliver packages in poor conditions. It is unreasonable to expect shipping carriers to put their lives at risk to deliver packages when the roads are covered in snow or ice. There have been major winter storms around the country that caused shipping delays for thousands of people. We should not be blamed for that and it is unfair to do so. Our response to your rather frustrated message towards us was merely factual. We explained that the tracking information showed two incidents of weather delays and that the package had been in your town since January 3rd. We also explained that USPS can't deliver if the weather does not allow for it. Paying for shipping doesn't change the fact that conditions were not safe for drivers to be out on the roads delivering.
