We do not manually enter customers' shipping addresses. The shipping label is generated directly from the shipping information provided during checkout. Your order was shipped to the address submitted with your order. After delivery, you contacted us with a different shipping address than the one provided at checkout. We replied to your message explaining this and recommended that you attempt to retrieve the package from the address that was entered with your order. We have not yet received a response to our email. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a customer with us since 2019. We appreciate your business over the years and are happy to hear that you found the scent to be accurate. We did want to clarify that the product ordered was our Fragrance Oil Spray, not our traditional Body Oil formula that you have purchased from us previously. Our Fragrance Oil Sprays are designed with a different base meant for a spray bottle and wear differently than our Body Oils. Fragrance performance is also heavily influenced by the specific fragrance. Louis Vuitton Symphony is a fresh citrus fragrance, which by nature has a lighter scent profile and will not have the same strength or longevity as deeper, heavier fragrances. For customers trying a new fragrance or a new product type for the first time, we always recommend starting with a sample or smaller size first. This allows you to determine whether the scent profile and performance meet your personal preferences before purchasing a larger size. Thank you again for your feedback.
