I used to love Bread & Circus and then Whole Foods ... we have been eating clean for years... I don’t know where to begin... customer service SUCKS! If you don’t have Amazon Prime you are cast off as a peasant... now peasant pay an absurd amount of money for dried up mealy pork! The meat dept looks toxic now omg I won’t feed my cat that “meat” Quality 0. Customer Service 0 prices 0... I went there hoping to get a wonderful fresh organic turkey from a well known reputable farm but that doesn’t exist here anymore... it’s corporate wasteland where profit over quality and people is their mantra ! I’ll never step foot in there again!

I believe healthy living should not be for just the well to do... You may be in an area where the people may not truly understand the concept of your store and the prices are still High is an Oxi moran.... If you truly care about the health of EVERYONE then show it by giving classes in undesirable neighborhoods on healthy living and explaining you want Everyone to be able to experience it not for folks that has the means... Do better Whole foods I love you but I just can't afford you do to my finances!!!! 😢😢 Being on disability and having no access to food stamps well I can't get that Farm raised blue Salmon.... Or no pesticide vegetables or farm raised seed fed chickens..... Thank you for being in the neighborhood but no thank you for not truly being able to filling up my basket with the best!!!!

Mann Packing Recall of Vegetable Products Affects Whole Foods Market Stores In response to Mann Packing Co., Inc’s recall of vegetable products, Whole Foods Market is voluntarily recalling multiple products from its stores in the United States. Mann Packing issued the recall because the vegetables may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported to date. Listeria monocytogenes is a bacterium which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, pregnant women and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages, stillbirths and fetal infection among pregnant women. View the list of items that have been affected by state. External Link Disclaimer The recall only affects products that are listed above; these products were available on salad and hot bars, chefs’ cases or packaged in plastic containers. The affected products were sold between Oct. 10, 2019 and Nov. 4, 2019.

Bought the piece of cornbread in a weak moment. Always wanted to try it. $2.29 for a slice of cornbread. Looked at the freshness date; Didn't look at the bottom of the package. Mold across the bottom of the piece. Paid the $14.99 for the apple pie. After eating some BEFORE THE SELL BY DATE—you guessed it- I happened to see blue green on my fork. The whole underside of the top crust was MOLDY. Paying top dollar for rotten food is not my idea of wholesome eating.

Wholefoods by UWS, since the Amazon took over, their service has gone worst. I went to the store and ask for delivery. I was told 2 hours, I called 3 times. It's been 4 hours now and I still do not get the delivery Every time I called the answer was " it's on the way". I will switch to Fresh Direct from now on.

Store openued late, manager did not apologize, I was surrounded by her, security and customer service person. I just thought an apology and not an attitude would be the right thing. Then the manager pointed and grabbed her clothes saying “do you know who I am..just cause I am dressed like this” My response was I don’t look at what people are wearing or judge people by appearance or even noticed what she was wearing, I was basing my opinion on a horrible manager with an attitude and horrific customer service, What happened to customer service, especially at Columbus circle Whole Foods She needs to go back for manager 101 introduction training, how does amazon affiliate with this or let this represent their company. Also 80 percent of cashiers are always on phone texting instead of productively ringing ppl up at register. Horrific Whole Foods manager

Since the Amazon takeover, over time, the quality of it's products has noticeably come down. The produce does not look, or taste, any better than what is offered at the typical grocery store. Despite being labeled organic, the apples for instance, are covered in wax and certainly don't look recently picked. I often buy a bag of the whole foods brand Cape Cod granola mix, but several times, including one purchased yesterday, it had large clumps of cranberries stuck together. It's unappetizing. I also like to grab something to eat for my commute home, usually a slice of pizza and salad. More often than not the self serve pizza is cold which makes me wonder how long it has been sitting out. The heat lamps are useless. After 2 hours, heat lamps or not, the pizza will start to spoil. If asked, they will heat it up, but that won't stop the possibility of getting food poisoning. I also question how fresh the salad bar food is as it does not seem to be kept at a very cold temperature. The choice of items is not as unique as it use to be. Pretty much the same as any other salad bar. To me it has been obvious the quality has come down since Amazon took over. Their promise of cheaper prices is of no interest to me if the quality is cheaper. That appears to be their plan. Bring the quality back, and if necessary raise the prices. Otherwise whole foods is just an overpriced grocery store.
