The staff at Whitt Carpet are very …helpful and professional
The staff at Whitt Carpet are very accommodating and knowledgeable, However our installation was extremely bad and was acknowledged as so by the installation supervisor AJ. Certain aspects of the project were corrected others could not be. Emily , our sales person arranged for the carpet to be removed and another carpet was selected and will soon be installed.

I was very pleased with the personnel
I was very pleased with the personnel, quality of the carpet, and installment. No complaints - I have recommended the company to friends.

Could have used a larger crew ( more …
Could have used a larger crew ( more than one, to demo the existing hardwood flooring. Unexpected glue and staples led to a two week demo period. They eventually got the job done and we are very happy the our new hardwood flooring and carpet. Whitt did not take shortcuts or the easy way out. Very professional job and Emily was great to work with.

Great service
Great service, although prices changed slightly on additional services (eg: door trimming). Carpet was expertly installed, looks great and as promised. Would use the company *and carpet* again/
