What a waste of money! I just spent ages reading the instructions and watching the videos repeatedly. The video makes it look like the phone easily snaps into the bottom tray. I could not get it into place without extreme force. You then have to be so careful when applying the adhesive, or it won't spread correctly and you will have air bubbles under the glass. If it is not perfectly level, or you knock it slightly when handling, it won't work. I used all three of the provided bottles of adhesive and still didn't get it. I give up. Money down the drain!

Does not protect your phone. Dropped my note 20 on rocks and broke the screen protector and the phone. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have a Samsung s10 plus with the ultra sonic finger sensor. You can not get any screennptotectors to work with it. Whitestone done are thieves false advertisers and liars!! At £70+ for a two pack you would expect them to work. They are so bad they tell you what will go wrong and it does. Followed utube videos for install to the letter but they do not work. Even took up the warranty/purchase scheme which is simply another way to take your money and by not sending new screens to steal it. Do not try this company they are false advertisers and thieves

I bought 2 glasses for my Apple Watch on the recommendation of a friend. The first one had bubbles right after installation and was milky on the lower left edge. The second glass got a milky shadow on the lower edge after 2 days. Unfortunately, customer service is not accommodating. The replacement for another glass should cost 18 €.

Oh my goodness, I have no words! Bought this screen protector for my note 10 plus. Expensive but I thought they offer a lifetime warranty, so it’s all good. Got a hairline fracture in my screen protector after 7 months, so claimed on warranty. Paid £7.99 postage and heard nothing from them. My warranty claim wasn’t showing up when I signed in. They would email me asking for screenshots of the payment I made, then I’d hear nothing over and over again. Went through PayPal, got my money back for postage and will NEVER buy from this company again. There is no lifetime warranty because these fools don’t know what they are doing! A very expensive screen saver, where they lie and tell you they offer a lifetime warranty to reel customers in, but never honour warranty claims. DONT BUY THEIR SCREEN PROTECTORS, WHATEVER YOU DO, THE LIFETIME WARRANTY PROMISE IS A SCAM!

I ordered 2 of the whitestone dome screensavers and 1 screen saver was broken. The other one had both screen savers broken. They charge you $9.99 for shipping on 1 screen saver which they want to charge me almost $30 for all three when it isn't my fault. Also it takes a month for them to decide if they even want to honor their warranty. Buyer beware!!!

I work in the auto industry, always using my phone as a spare light, searching things. In the process im always leaving my phone on the lift or engine bays. As a result of my choice my S10 is always falling out of the tree house lol. My dome is cracked and chipped, but IT DOES the job its meant to do. If I did not have this protective layer I for sure wouldn't have my phone surviving ~10' falls.

I ordered a glass for my OnePlus 8 Pro, which unfortunately arrived broken. After an email to support and waiting a week for an answer, I have now received a new glass for free, which arrived today and could be installed without any further problems. I am very satisfied, the installation is very easy if you follow the instructions. - Only the response speed from the support could be improved.
