This place is not a legitimate store. They over charged me $15, said they would refund the money and didn't. PayPal refunded my money since I cancelled the order and they shipped it anyway. Well, I received the shiny weird sweatshirt and no pants. I was charged $75 for a cheap, weird material sweatshirt. They do not donate money to the Maui Fire, it's a scam

I was WAY overcharged on tax, communication is just going in circles. They just keep asking for the same info over and over. It is clear from the grammar and syntax that I am NOT dealing with a US company. I’m having the same bad experience as others have indicated. This is my first and last order from this business.

Ordered 2 orders of 5 items each. Out of thec10 items only received 3. Been over a month. Been trying to contact customer service. Was told I'd get a reply within 24 hours but nothing.

Missing item, only got order after threatening to report to my credit card.

Took forever to ship to the point I thought I was scammed. When I finally received the shirt, there was no image printed on the back as advertised and it’s the only reason i purchased it. Getting the run around from customer service because they don’t seem to find anything wrong with it.

I purchased for Maui Strong and I love the pants and top. Exactly as expected. However my Lahaina logo on a t shirt I bought is upside down , having a run around from support.

Do not order from this company!!! Their products are not what is advertised. I ordered a sweatshirt but it IS NOT a sweatshirt more like a long sleeve thin top. Plus it took over a month to arrive. I'm trying to return it and all they are doing is giving me the run around, send order number, send picture of item, send picture of outside packaging, send picture of bar code on package etc. I did all of that and they are still finding ways to not do my return. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from them again. A total waste of money.

Great Service
