whitecloths.comReviews of whitecloths.com

I read another review, and it could have been mine. The shirts advertised were supposed to be sweatshirts. They are not. They seem to be some kind of shiny material with stencils put on. There are not any tags to even say what kind of material it is.??? Size wise, they seem to be a child's size, not adult. Obviously, they cannot be returned. I very rarely buy things I see on the internet. Now, I remember why. I put one star on the review because it would not take a review otherwise. This was a huge waste of money, but a valuable lesson learned. So disappointed!!!

Was super excited to receive my 2 sweatshirts for Halloween- I placed the order through the Instagram feed - how nice they were and fun ! Should have been suspicious when sales tax was applied after I checked out. I live in a state that does not charge sales tax. But I went ahead with the order. I ordered a 2xl for both items. They must be a kids 2xl - one fits me barely and the other one is too small. Not consistently sized - and as for being a “sweatshirt “ - they are a cheap thin material and with plastic iron ons put on. There is no quality or craftsmenship involved. The packaging arrived assessed with an individuals name from Bolingbrook IL - and just a Google search of that address - it is shrouded in scam alerts and other business entities associated to it. For the $75 I spent - I am deeply disappointed in the product. An expensive lesson. From what I can see - customer service is non existent with this company and I don’t have the time to fuss with them and be ripped off in the return process to boot. Their pictures are wonderful of their products- but it is NOT THE SAME what comes in the mail. BUYER BEWARE. I’m keeping an eye on my credit card too - making sure no extra charges show up. Bummed - guess they will be night shirts or regifted.

Very difficult to communicate with customer service. I received my order in two separate shipments. One shipment came but the second one took forever and I thought it was lost . The tracking numbers they send aren’t viable . The quality of the shirts and sweatshirts were actually good but I won’t order from them again .

Worst customer service ever. The items I got did not fit so I wanted to return them. I kept getting told that they sent me the correct size and that they could only refund me $5. Also they kept telling me that it would cost me more money to send it back. I tried to get to speak to a manager but no luck. Never order from here!!

I don't know how anyone could rate these "sweatshirts" as a 5. They are HORRIBLE. Do NOT buy from this company. What it looks like online is NOT what you will get. I'm so mad at myself that I spent money on this crap. 😒

Minus stars Scammers stole my money. Not legit company

It was awful. They only got one star from me because the didn't have negative stars to give. It's not a Sweatshirt at all. The fabric is thinner than a tee-shirt. There was also problems with the stitching. I was told I could take it and have it fixed myself. WHAT???? I didn't pay this much to have to fix it myself. I asked for a refund for the $ 45 I was charged for this completely thin fake "Sweatshirt " again NOT a Sweatshirt. The receipt said $33 but $45 was charged on my card. I was told in an email, because there is no way to talk to a CSR, that I could return it at cost to myself. Do not order from them. I lost $45. I'm so disappointed. 😢 I recieved an email stating you wanted more information. My experience remains the same. They never remedied the issue. I'm left with something I had to throw away for $45.

Great color, feel, and price
