I purchased 2 Jimmy Buffett sweatshirts from this company due to the fact that it was suppose to be an American based company. It is not American based came from China. The quality of the one shirt I received is awful the print is upside down. When I contacted their customer service via email I was told I would have to pay the return fees to China to receive a full refund or they could give me $5.00. I still have not received the other shirt. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Horribly disappointed in this company. What you see on their site is not even close to what you get. I ordered three items, mostly because they are supposed to be donating some proceeds to Maui. I doubt they even did that. They said they're an American company but shipped straight from China. "Sweatshirt" items fabric was not what I associate with Sweatshirts. Very lightweight. The necks were huge and the sleeves were way to long. My biggest problem was the waistband on one of the shirts was sewn on inside out. I have been fighting with Customer Service ever since. I sent them a picture and they said shipping had sent the right product so they couldn't help. I replied that wasn't the issue, the shirt was defective and they said it would cost me a lot of money to return it so they would refund me $3 "and hoped I'd be happy". What a joke.

If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered a “sweatshirt” for Halloween got it, but it’s very thin neck is huge and feels like it is on backwards. I will never buy from this place again, over priced for what you get. Very cheaply made and uncomfortable… Very dissatisfied and disappointed

The products are not true to size. The quality of the product for what you pay is less than desirable. Unable to reach out to company to discuss on phone.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a shirt from this company. The sent me a pair of really cheap pants that are far too big, and not anything I would ever order. When I tried to get them to fix the situation, the said they couldn’t do anything without the original packaging (my husband threw that away). I had the tracking number and the picture of the wrong item, but they refused to do anything to help, so i am out the $60 i spent and stuck with these awful pants. Won’t be ordering here again.

They claim to be Christian base. Their product that I ordered did not look exactly like turtle hoodie that they advertised. No fleece inside the hoodie. They charged me $8.12 for tax that I complained about, which they did credit me. They also claimed the money was going to Maui, which I read is a scam!
