The Whistle staff deciphered a number of test chats that were garbled due to my clumsy use of the cell phone. In frustration with myself I gave up intending to communicate through computer, but before I had that opportunity they figured out my problem and sent me an email offering a solution that was right on the money. Let me tell you that took some detective work on Whistle's part. That is treating a customer as a valued friend.

The only thing that would make it better is if it was cheaper due to the fact that I didn't have a choice.

Been using the original device for years ... just ordered upgrade because of Verizon’s discontinuation of 2G service ... ordered the whistle GO explore and anxiously awaiting it’s arrival... all reviews are positive so pretty sure it’ll prove to be as good or better than the original! Glad to know Mr Chewie will be safe !

I called in with several questions when deciding if I should purchase a whistle. The rep was very helpful. I had more questions when placing my order online and chatted another rep and that person was also very helpful. I have received great customer support from whistle.
