Ordering was extremely simple and straightforward. More importantly, before placing my order I had a few questions which were answered clearly and promptly through the live chat option.

Luckily, my dog has not gone missing. I took him for a car ride to see how the whistle would work. It was spot on the whole trip. Highly recommend it.

Great device, gives me tremendous peace of mind about my dogs. Also, the activity tracker lets me know if the dog sitter really comes at the scheduled time!

Would be better experience if the login button for existing accounts/customers was on top bar of the Whistle.com website.

Had good experience with chat. All needs met. My only comment is that I need my whistle for a dog which might harm other dogs if he escapes my yard. Best service would have been a replacement in 2 days or less.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. However, I'm not too happy that I'm forced to keep upgrading my hardware (this is the 3rd time, started with Tagg)... regardless of the tiny discount :/
