Hello Joseph My name is Poojan and I will be assisting you today. First of all, I just want to thank you for buying down our device and being a part of Whistle Family. In terms of your concern, I can completely understand but it is just a thing that a customer is able to buy down the subscription after he receives the devices because the subscription is associated with the serial number of the device and the serial of the device is able to be seen by the customer only after they receive it so that is the reason why we are not selling subscription and device together. I hope I was clear enough and I do apologize if I missed onto something. Is there anything else I can do for you?

I am sorry to hear that the Whistle GO is too bulky for your pet, you do have 90 days to try the device out, if it doesn't fit your needs, you can always return it within those 90 days for a full refund on the device.
