The chat was excellent.

We had this system before with our other dog, who passed away, so we upgraded and now that they have changed the device so that its easier to charge and upgraded the app its a win win for our new dog, We purchased the Fi as well but having our dog wear another collar wasn't ideal. This system is more adaptable if you like the collar you already have and the charge, although it doesn't last a month, the app keeps you updated, and it does charge fast!

Customer Service Representative was very helpful.

Once product was in stock, it was easy to place my order.

Incredibly easy shopping experience.

I CONTACTED JOEL FOR INFO TO REPLACE A WHISTLE THAT WAS LOST 3 DAYS AGO. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE TO REPLACE MY LOST UNIT. I ORDERED A WHISTLE GO EXPLORER WITHOUT ANY DIFFICULTY WITH THE INFO JOEL PROVIDED.

We have had Whistle’s on our two Australian Shepherds, now 21 months old, for over a year. We have diligently met their activity goals every day. We have gotten exercise right along with them. A total win win. The Whistle staff are all awesome and ready to assist in any way they can time and time again. We are very grateful for the positive improvements Whistle has helped our dogs and ourselves achieve. Thank you!

I have been using the Second Generation TaGG Tracker with my Afghanistan Rescue since 2011 and the original Whistle Tracker on my Husky Rescue since 2015. Both dogs have the ability to jump or climb a 5'6" chain link fence in seconds. Over the years they have both gotten better, in part due to an added in-ground fence, but before then it was impossible to keep them in the yard. I can honestly say that with out these trackers I could have easily lost either or both dogs forever. Definitely worth every penny spent! Very excited for the latest editions to arrive with LIVE tracking instead of waiting 3 minutes for an updated location and they have a night light!
