We love Whistle! It's great to be able to track our pup's activity and the maps of where he has been are so much fun. An unexpected perk that has helped us manage other pets in the house is knowing when he's left the house on a walk and when he is close to home. Wish it was a little less bulky and knowing we can track our pup if lost is worth it.

Most of the web site was good. When I had a question the online help only sort of answered the question.

One of my Whistle 3 trackers has become unreliable and battery only lasts 1 day and will get low battery alerts at 40 to 50% battery life remaining. At times when the battery % gets to 15% it will shut off

The video is too long & ‘fluffy’.. maybe start with reasons for getting the device (know someone that had their dog stolen.. or does the dog run away..or? Then move on to fluffy ... Also not really impressed with the navigation & amount of info on the website.. the comments section was the most beneficial ... I’m excited about the product though.. Thanks

We have the older Whistle 3, which we love for our dog. I could not find the accessories for it until I had to call and talk to a person. There is too much advertising for the newer whistle products.

I love the Whistle products and have recommended them to friends and family but am a little dissatisfied that shipping for such a small and lightweight items costs almost as much as the item which certainly does not improve customer satisfaction as many companies offer free shipping in this day and age. If I could have gotten the item elsewhere I certainly would have.

Great experience...Just a little hard to use coupons--the DOGDAD coupon was not working until I had an associate text me and I asked them how to get it to work since there was no specific instructions...It also said "Buy a Whistle GO family collar" instead of "Buy a Whistle GO Explore & add a collar of your choice into the cart to get discount" It was very ambigous how to get the coupon--My suggestion next time would be to include SPECIFIC instructions for the coupon code on a landing page when clicking the code in email or online.

The product is excellent... The dog rolled in the sand and the collar clip for the Whistle jammed. This is a big problem because you can't get it off to charge it.... So I tried to order a new collar clip... and it wasn't at all clear that I ordered the right one. You need better pictures (more than one) or a better description or both. Also customer reviews might have helped -- they might have clued me in on ordering the right part. Perhaps numbers - this one goes with that one etc..
