I called Whistle to get more details on the WhistleGo Explore and my call was answered quickly. All my questions were answered and Rakiem gave me additional information he thought would be helpful. When I went on line to place the order, the website was easy to navigate and the order was quick and easy to complete.

Without a doubt, the device lives up the representations in the literature. Our lives are so much better, knowing where Chloe Cat is at all times. The Whistle battery lasts as advertised. Our kitty doesn't mind wearing the new collar with the device because, as smart as she is she knows when it goes on, good thinks happen e.g., she can escape our pool deck. Everything else has failed next to the Whistle Go Explore!

My customer experience with Tanmaya was AWESOME! She worked to make an unnecessary order right, which saved me money, especially in light of me being a long time Tagg customer and recently having to switch to Whistle, unexpectedly, which was an unplanned expense. I placed the order that Tanmaya advised me on how to handle, once it arrives, so I won’t be charged, due to another customer rep telling me that I had to order the Whistle collar attachments and the snap attachments weren’t available separately from the velcro ones. The rep who originally told me to order the snap clips/velcro clips online even stood by this after I called back to check on my unnecessary order being cancelled, and I got her. Everything should be fine now, thanks to Tanmaya for her assistance in getting me out three clip attachments at no charge and advising me to refuse the unnecessary order.
