I love the whistle product and app services. It gives us peace of mind when we’re at work but is also a very valuable tool when we go camping. The only thing that I’d change is the fact that you can’t shop through your account online. Selecting shop sends you to the store webpage and you have to add all your personal and payment information even though that info is saved in my account.

I have the Whistle 3, (of which I had lost) and was interested in the newest version Whistle Go Explore. The customer representative, Sukhwinder, was extremely helpful and informative about the newest features and how to buy a replacement which would allow me to still use my present subscription and then sent me a link for a 20% discount. He told me not to hesitate to call again with any questions.

It was hard to determine the changes in the collar attachment for the whistle 3. I was contacted by a Whistle representative that explained to me the difference between the different options. I was sent the correct collar feature I needed for my Whistle 3. My dog's tracker is now working great. I appreciate the quick response to my initial review. I am very satisfied with the whistle 3 and customer support; therefore I changed my initial rating from a 3 to 5. The device that holds the whistle is what broke.
