WhistleReviews of whistle.com

Product is Great. Website shopping is medium. Suggest you add a feature whereby one can click on an item and get more in-depth info on that item (I'm referring to the shopping section). For instance...i look at collars - can't tell the width, weight, whether it's suitable for a cat, whether it will take the older generation devices, etc. Website should also show and emphasize the trackers are suitable for cats - may be missing a big market because I'm very happy with my experience of 3 years using for my cat.

This was my comment to Support (Below). Took 2 response emails (?) with no real response (?). Sorry I typo'd her name Hi Katt, (Kait) If... I am at the 'compare' point in the hunt for information, not sure why I would have signed up to have a Whistle account. The 'best' compare I found was on PCMAG's site. I did see the compare within your site. Being a newbie to these devices, I had no clue why you would list the Whistle 3. Based on the PCMAG reviews (not your site), I purchased the Explore Go. One bit of feedback I can offer. We have a sight hound (Whippet). They tend to have a Martindale collar (one of the reasons I bought your tracker vs FI). The velcro base does NOT offer the flexibility (I think) it should. You cannot 'thread' the Velcro end through the plastic eye as it is way too thick. Not sure how many 'Sight Hounds' are in the market. Electric fences don't work with them. Might be a good option for you. The mere thought of 'SQUIRREL', at 40 MPH into oblivion, your tracker could be a good thing. I am now the proud owner of a Whistle account, so look away! LOL Kind Regards, Jim

I was trying to do an upgrade but at checkout, it kept telling me it could not find an account for me. I kept trying and it finally went through. However, it didn't show what I picked for my supscription amount with was monthly.

The only con is that there is no whistle app Compatible with the Apple Watch. I use the app on my iPhone but would like one on My watch. It’ll make me look into other device trackers....

Your question help didn’t elicit any responses, and my PayPal link didn’t work.

CODY WAS VERY FRIENDLY BUT MY ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED

The site KEEPS popping up asking where I first heard about Whistle. I'm fine with one pop up but why the heck does it keep popping up? It is VERY annoying. I would also like to see a phone number on the web site. OBVIOUSLY, you want stuff done on line. I get that but there are times when a phone consult is needed. This was one.

We purchased the Whistle3 and were not satisfied. After completing a survey, we were contacted by Poojan P in customer service. We were offered to trade for the Whistle Go Explore and were very excited!! Sadly, when finalizing the exchange, the communication dropped. Oddly, this was days before our return policy expired. After 5 days of no response, I finally called Whistle. Karen helped me and explained that Poojan P. was promoted. However, there was no immediate transition. Now, I am left trying to figure out the process as we were dropped from email communication. Karen did explain how we could purchase the upgraded model with a general promo code, not the one we were offered. They were not much different. Thankfully, I figured it out by myself. Sadly, I am a bit lost at how to transfer my old service to my new product as we are returning the old. Let's cross our fingers that someone helps link our accounts and does not disconnect our service!! Most importantly, I hope we like the new and improved Whistle Go Explore!! We are giving Whistle another chance....
