It was imposible to find a telephone number to inquire about product. After finding it on a giggle search, I had to wait forever. Couldn’t hold any longer, so just ordered what I think was correct. Hopefully it was.

I received the product but it could not be charged. They are sending me a new charging cable so we will see what happens.

Keep having issues. After already 1 replacement I guess I will upgrade devise and try that. Keep having charging issues. Also I guess they changed coverage area. Originally had no issues now I have limited coverage. They said. Oh yeah we have changed coverage. So much for letting the customers know. You would think when purchased the coverage would remain the same unless they just want customers to constantly upgrade.

2 stars only because I bought a new Whistle Go Explorer and it doesn’t work. This is not our first defective device either. I wish the quality control was better with the products. But the customer service is very good and exchanges have been fairly simple in the past. The products are great when they are working also. I just think the company needs to spend more time on product testing and quality control.

I have used Whistle for a couple of years and have not had any problem. However, without any notice, it altered its location service two weeks ago. Before Whistle broke out each journey the dog took each day away from home and allowed you to see timescripts from the beginning to the end of the journey in six minute intervals. This was very valuable to us since our dog is taken from our home each day for 3 hours to a state park 10 miles away. We could always check to make sure that everything was going as we expected. The Whistle 3 no longer gives the owner that data. Instead you get a composite of all journeys without any breakdown on times. I have never seen a technology product give the consumer less data two years after its original use. It kind of makes me think that Whistle caved into dog walkers and doggie care givers whose activities could be monitored remotely with a fully operational Whistle device. What a terrible corporate decision by Whistle -- screw the consumer to placate the dog walkers!

Seldom connects to my dog I live on 46 acres. Unfortunately, once my dog leaves WiFi range(which is around the house only), the GPS seldom connects. Also, I am charging the battery every other day.

OK. This was not pleasant!. First, your site doesn't have a 'login' tab for active customers - the only site where I have to scroll all the way to the fine print on the bottom of the page to find 'log in'. Second, as an active customer, you have all my info, i.e. name, address etc so I shouldn't have to re-enter it. Third, there was no place on the site to get the $30 discount for active users replacing our old TAG trackers and I had to contact customer support for that. Fourth, your customer support person gave me the following code, GOUPGRADE 30. Note the space! That made it invalid so, back to customer support for the correct code. Altogether, it took me about 5 times as long as it should have to make the purchase.

We've had the Whistle 3 and loved it, but the rubber band broke attachment broke. Since the new Whistle Go is out, the replacement bands are very conveniently not in stock. They've been marked as "back in 2-3 weeks" for the past 2 or 3 weeks. So we finally gave in and purchased the Whistle Go. It turns out that only comes with a brittle snap attachment that can only be snapped once. We obviously broke it trying to unsnap it from a collar. So now we've had to order the special collar that comes with its own attachment. We loved the product and wanted to remain loyal customers but this was a very poor customer experience. This is probably the last time we purchased anything from the website.
