I was very satisfied with the online live chat with the Whistle crew. I lost my older Whistle, and wanted to see if they could locate it for me. Unfortunately, the battery was dead and they couldn't locate it. My questions were answered and recommendations were made to get my dog protected from getting lost in the future.

Initially had an issue with the whistle go explore, but their customer service is top notch and not only helped in replacing it, but offered a collar to help keep the whistle attached. This is a must have item if you have an active dog. Not only is it great to see just how many miles they run in a day, but it also helps me regulate their food based off an estimate on the calories they burned. Some huskies that come over do 25+ miles a day and need the extra food. Couldn't be happier with Whistle and all the cool features it offers.
