Fabulous product, but it's the support that has impressed me so much! Instant personal contact, and help for as long as you need it. And the only reason I needed help is because I am a legacy customer (Tagg) and I was uncertain about setup in the circumstance. Have had whistle several years and literally has saved our Jakes life! Jake was a “runner” and a rescue so we knew nothing about him but if i opened a door he was gone and then i got whistle and i could always find him and keep him on track wont live without it
