I wish the friend's referral code or the staycay discount code worked on other items on your website. Not everyone needs gps and it is not fair to push a more expensive product on your customers because of a discount code. Discounts should apply to all your products, unless you don't really want to sell the less expensive models because they are not as good.

Looking for replacement straps for the older model Whistle 3. The straps offered are different than what I currently have and that originally came with it, but there was only 1 picture to look at on the site of what you were getting. It would be nice to have more description and pics of the items for the buyer to know if it's what they want or are looking for. Hope they work! Edited to add reply to Whistle: I do not want to put my address on a public review, and cannot find a Whistle customer service email to reply to your comment. I already have purchased the straps. Waiting to receive them now.

What started out as something we were loving for our pup, is turning into what might end up letting me down. I received our Whistle GO a few weeks ago, and was impressed when the battery lasted 10-12 days (I forget exactly how many) until we recharged it and within a few days had to charge it again. So I charged it this morning and within just a few hours it’s already at 75% and the day isn’t even over yet. I don’t mind charging a device but when the website says an expected window of time, of at least a week, why am I losing battery life in just a matter of days? The original charge legit dropped so slowly. I’m confused and agitated. Also, there have been some confusing glitches with the APP as well.

GPS tracker works well. Exercise activity tracker is terrible. Doesn't track fetch. Has to be constant moving. Any stopping it wont count.Somehow the walk tracker is completely off. A 5 mile walk registers as 3 as an example. Reported to customer service and they state they use a "different" calculation than my applewatch. A mile should be a mile but they don't think so. I've had every model. Still haven't fixed issues. Will probably try another brand next time.

New equipment arrived on time, in place, but not as planned. At the time of my order of new equipment, (accomplished to meet the discount deadline) I sent an email to Whistle asking that they hold my order until further notice. I was away from home and did not want the equipment to sit in my Rural Route mailbox out on the public road for several days. Apparently my email (which included my order number) went unnoticed, as the equipment was shipped immediately. Fortunately, it was still in my mailbox, unharmed, when I arrived home a week after shipping. I hope you will be able to do better in the future. On a brighter note, I very much appreciate the 40% discount. Rob Alley 443.975.5863

Fairly often, the device shows Pauli at home when she is not. It is like the safe area has been widely expanded. Locating her has worked well except for that. Another issue is activity. Riding in the car is not activity in the physical sense. Thus the whole check on activity in terms of exercise and wellbeing is useless. I would appreciate regaining correct location information as that was the purpose for purchasing the whistle package. The previous gps device was accurate.

Service has been slow. We ordered last week and have not yet received our new whistle.

It is very confusing when you are already a member. I still do not know for sure if i got credit.
