10-30-19 All hooked up but one of my trackers doesn't track but I get a text every 20 seconds telling me it's still trying which runs my phone battery down. REALLY bad first day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 10-31-19 I called tech support yesterday and apparently they were able to resolve my issue in one call. It worked this morning as promised. Nice save!

I tried to purchase a replacement “rubber” whistle 3 collar attachments... the website listed the collar attachments as “available in 2 weeks”. I returned in 2 weeks and purchased the “1 X WHISTLE 3 – ADDITIONAL SNAP COLLAR ATTACHMENTS” only to find they are no longer made of rubber and do not fit my dog’s collar securely. The new clasp locks tightly on to the collar but the whistle no longer locks securely to the new clasp making it easy for the whistle to fall off. The clasp requires a lot of fidgeting to get the whistle to lock on. I LOVE my WHISTLE 3 and the security it gave me. This “One Size Fits All” plastic collar clasp is not a good solution for my dog. Now I am insecure about my dog‘s safety again. I will try to 3D print something that works better. Be prepared for this clasp to give you problems or not work at all on a large breed cotton dog collar. It seems that the collar’s cotton material prevents the clasp spring mechanism from closing properly. I wish the rubber clasps were still available.

Hi Troy, Thank you for your reply, I have placed that order and it should ship out shortly. I hope this works better for you at this time. As for your suggestion while we do group our focus around pets here at Whistle many people have mentioned they use the devices for a variety of things, I have heard of everything from an eagle rescue, to a school science teacher tracking his rockets, to a man just wanting to track his motorcycle. When we get into advertising it and marketing it towards being used on actual people its gets very tricky in the legal department. But we always say it is for pets, and what you use it on is your own business! Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you at this time!

The representative (Tim) that I spoke with was excellent. He was very patient, courteous and professional. He also very diligently helped me through the process and I was able to get registered. He is definitely an asset to your company. My complaint is the set up process is ridiculous. We were already an existing account holder and I thought this would make the process easier for upgrading to the Whistle Explore. It should come ready to go right out of the box due the fact that we already had an account. Maybe you should have a focus group that has no connection to Whistle to test a variety of situations that could occur when registering and streamline the process. Overall I am very satisfied with the product itself.

Was with them for 4 years and constantly had the devices rubberbands that kept them on the collar brake leading to having to find them in the yard getting stepped on and even played like a toy by my dog . But I stuck with them paid 9 dollars for 4 years to have service and kept having to purchase new rubberbands or whatever they call them the whole time . Works great service and accuracy as good but when they told me basicly buy our newest model instead of replacing one device because it had damage from coming off the collar once again and we will do you a favor and give u a discount made me realize this company wasnt worth they loyalty I had giving them for 4 years dont buy one I'd advise anyone

Got the wrong collar the first time I tried to order. Couldn’t find a way to correct the order right after it was submitted. Sent an email to support asking the order be corrected and got the wrong collar anyway. Now I can’t easily find how to get a return authorization. BTW— I’ve submitted this order for the correct collar I need.

I ordered a new Whistle GO Explore because of Verizon’s sunsetting of the 2G network or whatever. I was offered multiple shipping options and chose 1-3 Day Priority Mail from USPS. However, none of this means anything. I received an order confirmation but did not receive any tracking information or confirmation that the order has been processed for shipping. Silence on your end, so I call Support, and am told that it’ll take 3-5 business days to build the package that will eventually ship. This is ridiculous to start, but if it has to happen this way, your website and ordering process do not even mention that your order won’t be processed immediately, or even soon. This is a massive problem that you need to address, since you are selling a *safety product*. I ordered early before the legacy devices stop functioning because I always anticipate things going wrong. But if I were to order closer to the deadline? It seems that there would potentially be a period of time in which my dog would not be covered by your service because I don’t have a working device. As it is now, I have been charged but have not received any tracking number or proof of shipment and after calling Support with my Order Confirmation Number, I have no idea when you will fulfill my order. This is a massive problem and I hope the package arrives in time.
