I really appreciate your product and it works very well. However, an improvement would be ... could you create a safe zone around my phone so that if my dog is more than 150' away from the phone I would receive an alert notification. or perhaps even it was just out of Bluetooth range I could get an alert. That would be very helpful. Thanks Kit Collins

I love the freedom having a Whistle affords me. I'm comfortable letting my cat out because I know I'll be able to find him if he's gone for an unusually long time or if he wanders too far from home. I only wish that the device were a bit smaller. It's huge on my cat's neck!

I have two of these and they work fine. However, they are not very accurate and sometimes my dogs will be in one location while the app says on the other side of the house. The accuracy should be better than 200 yards. Still a good service. They used to provide the same app for the desktop, but no longer, and that makes it a nuisance when I want to track the dogs from my home as our property is 5+ acres.

It’s saved us worry. Four stars because the battery life is brief and every once in a while we'll get a storm of false positives, often when our miscreant is right at our feet. But it ALWAYS detects real escapes and that, of course, is what's important.

The site was easy to use. My only issue was that I couldn't get the clip on Whistle holder on its own, I had to buy the clip and the velcro attachments as a set.

It was hard to find of the information I was looking for. Like an does the collar look like, is it good for cats, how much does it weigh? Things like that.

I like the GPS portion best of all, as I would hate to lose Cogar. And he is a runner! The wellmess feature is a nice addon. The employees are dedicated workers, pleasant and go out of their way to please. A great product.

The first time I called, I got someone whose accent I couldn't understand. Same with the second call, the 3rd call I finally got someone who could speak English! It was disappointing and very frustrating for me. My husband couldn't understand him either. Used to be, when you would call, you would get someone somewhere in the US. I much prefer that.
