It was easy to go through purchasing process. Allowed me to use PayPal which is my preferred method of purchasing and shipping was really quick

I have had whistle for a couple of years. It has been a life saver on several occasions with my GWP girls. I would have lost them without it. Anytime I've had an issues with battery or what not, they have been eager to help keep us going. When I say issues, I dont mean the product is bad, I'm talking about hard core wear and tear. My girls are a balls to the walls breed, they run through woods, water, fences. If they are after something they can clear miles in a very fast time. Whistle keeps up with them pretty good. They are the best candidates to wear out something and they haven't worn out their whistles. I will never let them be without them.

I REALLY like this product. I bought my first Whistle about nine months ago, during those nine months the Whistle tracker broke, I called Customer Service, explained what happened (my dogs play rough). They told me a new one will be shipped ASAP, I was shocked (a free replacement after nine months) and very happy. Maggie, my dog, is a RUNNER. I with the help of the Whistle tracker, I just got in the car, opened the app, and let her run, until she got tired, trust me, it beats running after her. So, that is why I bought a 2nd Whistle tracker, for our little French Bulldog, she's a runner also (she learned from the best, Maggie) Once again, the Customer Service was VERY helpful. I truly like this tracker, PERIOD!!!!!!
