walk my dogs twice a day - very satisfied w tracker performance - they are very accurate - they get a beating on our woods walks - 4 stars not 5 because I had one fail (my fault really, because when wrestling its easy for the dogs to grab and tug each other by the tracker - would be smart to remove them at playtime)

I love Whistle! Our two dogs chase the deer through the woods frequently. I love knowing where they are when I can’t see them! Gives me peace of mind during their jaunt through the woods!

Website is easy to use! Disappointed I can't take advantage of special pet-month promotions AND get my friend a referral credit.

cordial. informed. disappointed in failure of the device and having to replace it after only 2 years at my expense. That is ridiculous.

I went to order replacement devices after spending some time with customer service to determine that my current ones have suffered a permanent malfunction. The customer service rep gave me a discount coupon code, but the system refused to accept the code as valid. In the end I was able to make the purchase by getting back on the phone with customer service and having them find a code that worked. Overall satisfied with Whistle, but hope they make the purchase process smoother.

I have whistle for one of my pets and am purchasing another for my other. Wish there was a discount price for repeat buyers!

I had some problems using your ordering site. I switched to my email to confirm the promo code and when I went back to my browser it put me back to the beginning of the order process so I started over again and ended up with four units instead of two. I had to back up to correct the number. When I entered the promo code I had no idea I had to click an arrow to apply it. I had to go back and thought what the ---- I'll click the arrow. I'm glad I did. Confusing order process.
