The code advertised on the website would not work in the shopping cart. I called customer service where I was directed to a "live chat." Nobody ever responded to the live chat so I called again. The customer service rep was completely incompetent. He told me he would send a link via email but it likely would not work because the codes change so often. I never received the email but I did get an email response to my live chat question. I'm not sure why they call it live chat if nobody is going to respond on the live chat, not even a response to say I would get an email.

I have to order the entire snap collar attachment instead of just the rubber part that fails after three months. So I guess I'll be paying $12.93 every three months. Typical AT&T scumbags

I have had a Whistle for my dog for a little over a year now. I love the concept, but this product doesn’t deliver on its promises. My first Whistle worked great for about two months until it just stopped working. They sent me a replacement which also worked for only about a month and now has some serious issues. Every time the battery runs dead, it malfunctions and a hard reset must be done - sometimes I am even forced to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone as well. It also fails to communicate properly with the software and the status is often wrong. If my dog were to become lost, I’m afraid that her Whistle would be useless. The Whistle company knows that they have this problem with multiple units, as they even have it listed as a frequent problem on their website, but they are unwilling to replace my unit due to my being a customer for just over a year. They are requiring me to buy a new one even though I have been trying to work with them continuously to get mine to work. It almost seems as if they strung me along for a year just to get me out of warranty so that they didn’t have to replace it - not the way to treat their customers. I strongly recommend looking for an alternative to the Whistle at this point.

Bought 2 and one came off, thought it was a fluke. Bought a third and it was on for a short while and came off and was lost also. Called to cancel the subscription service which is available monthly and request a refund on the unused portion and they refused. Poorly designed product

this thing works just enough to not be a total loss, but is so frustrating that most of the time you are better off without it. Problems include connectivty to network, poor app performance, poor physical attachment design, etc....

Abusive recurring payment and useless devices! Okay I bought one of this device to try on my cat. A normal GPS precision is close to a meter but this device is more close to 100m! The alert zone works only on multiple block surface... The WORST is how the charge you in a sneaky way. I used the device twice than forget about it but the recurring billing does not! I got charged for a over year for NOTHING and the where I am mad against this company is they will never send you any transaction receipt or email! This is NOT right. Any merchant should be allow to do that. And then they don t want to process any refund! Don t use this company, get a title, much better value!

I have had three trackers over the years and this by far is the worst. It is constantly giving me false information saying that my dog is out of the area when she is in the backyard. I can't tell you how many times I've spent with this mess. The tracker is being charged more often than when it's on the dog. I called customer service and they basically said...sorry! Don't waste your money if you ever want to find your pet.

Made a Whistles purchase via Secret Sales. It was a Xmas present and therefore not opened until the 25th Dec. The item was too small and I initially contacted Secret Sales to exchange the item. From there it became very complicated. SS advised me to contact Whistles directly. On doing so Whistles claimed they did not sell products via SS and directed me back to them. SS insisted I contact Whistles again, same response, so sent the receipt and bank statement to them. They then claimed they did not know they used SS but on seeing the receipt they offered a voucher as I was outwith the returns period. However, on making contact regarding the item I was within the Xmas returns period of most good stores who practice good customer service. I have now reached a stalemate as the item is being held at a Whistles store and they refuse to agree to a refund. After sales is very, very poor.
