I’ve owned a Whistle for over a year and it’s the best product on the market for its purpose. Great customer service and easy to navigate app. The warranty lasts a year and I wish it were 2 years. The only downside is that the clip was rubber and when dogs play, it sometimes comes off.

Whistle has been a godsend for us, the owners of a wandering beagle. The few times she has found a way out of the yard, we've been able to see which direction she went, rather than randomly searching in all directions. Recently, her device went missing, so it is important to check the device-to-collar attachment periodically to make sure it's holding fast. Whistle representatives were very helpful in resolving the problem and ultimately ended up sending us a new device when the old one couldn't be located. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Because it would be really nice to be able to track her exactly, without the delay of seconds or minutes while the GPS catches up to her whereabouts. But otherwise we've been very happy with the service.

I like the Whistle. I have one for both of my dogs. I also recommended that my mom get Whistle's for her 2 dogs and she did. I love knowing that if they ever did wander out of my sight that I can track them. I do think the tracking feature is slow/somewhat lacking but I think if I truly needed it, it would give me enough information to find my dog. I have connectivity issues or the tracking information is not updating quickly enough. I do have peace of mind know that if I need to, I can at least have some idea of which direction they went. I use it most for the activity tracking.

Love the product but when trying to buy accessories it was hard to find them on the website. Maybe add a space or link in the menu options.

Finding the accessories (replacement charger cords, etc.) wasn't as easy on mobile as I was expecting, but the rest of the process was seamless and my order was in within minutes of realizing I had lost my charger cords. The shipping options were awesome as well. Thanks for having an awesome product!

The product is good. I purchased 4 Whistle 3s. There are some bugs that need to be worked out. Fast battery drain and one needs a reset but don't know which one and why. Dislike the foriegn customer support. Not easy to understand. Not that knowledgeable. I keep calling trying to get someone that can help. They need more training. The strong accent can be a problem.
