I have used Whistle for 3 years on my very active Australian Shepherd! It works well! Must make sure you have cell coverage in your area! It gives peace of mind if your dog runs off!

I suggest easier navigation for products. I needed to chat in order to find a replacement charger.

We like the new format of the Whistle 3. An improvement can be more consistent response time when the animal leaves a zone.

Love the product. Give 4 instead of 5 stars because of the delay. When Harper takes off, he is actually hundredths of feet from the location posted. But I can get a general location & find him. Most of the time I just wait for him to return. The product is waterproof. Love the satellite view & just the overall product. The staff are easy to contact & they do everything to solve the issues. Also use app "Find my Device" to locate the unit if it gets lost. I have had issues with the new plastic attachment. The backs pop off if he wrestling with another dog, gets caught on fence, barbed wire etc.

Sometime GPS wigs out but over all good product. Battery life could be better

Wish there were more color choices for collars and it would be nice if you offered having the collar embroidered with name and phone number. Whistle has improved significantly since the days of Tagg.

I would like to have an actual phone number to contact customer service to talk with someone instead of only having online chat for questions regarding the tracker. I had a few more questions regarding the product but to have to type everything out takes quite a bit of time and having an actual person to talk with is quicker. By the name of the person I was most likely "speaking" with someone in a call center on the other side of the planet, and the "conversation" of typing and waiting for a reply gets very time consuming. Still, I'm looking forward to receiving the Whistle 3 to try on my adventurous cat.

i wish they had smaller whistles for cats, but overall, good product and reliable
