once upon a time they were good right after their update and i ve reported 3 times already gps doesnt send signal and they asking me to purchase new one although i ve already purchased 3 years service plan

You lie. I can't use my whistle because my internet is a 5g whatever not a2.4 thing. I don't even know. After going through all the trouble to get it at up the thing malfunctions and can't be found to connect to. I asked for a refund they said they were processing it and they never did. Made me pay for a subscription knowing this thing would never work

I put it on my dog the first night and after 20% the gps would not update his location. It’s been almost 4 days and I now fear my dog is gone forever

Don’t hold up very well with a water dog. Having to replace again. Happy with the service but the device needs to be improved.

**Not a review of the product, but of customer service** I ordered whistle directly from the website and it shipped quickly. Only it never arrived at my house. USPS claimed that it was dropped off on their tracking info. When I contacted Whistle customer service about this, their response was that because USPS said it was dropped off, they could do absolutely nothing, and I had to contact USPS to deal with it. That was the last I heard from Whistle. While I understand their position and reasoning, I am frustrated with their (lack of) customer service. I would actually recommend ordering from Amazon, who does a better job helping resolve these type of issues.

I wanted to cancel my order. I work in a facility that I cannot access my phone all day so leaving an after hour ticket was my only option. I have not received a response in 24 hours and now the item has been shipped still with no response from the company. I tried to take care of this in a timely manner to avoid shipping the item I no longer needed, but the lace of attention from Whistles is going to cost me money I don't need to spend. I have no way to contact them during the business hours they provided
