Easy to use website.

I have been very happy with my Whistle Go Explore. I ordered this and a Fi Smart collar, and the Whistle easily one. There's no base station required, and it's very accurate when your pet goes out of the safe zone. It's even small enough to use on my cat's collar, so I'm ordering another one for the cat. It's a touch big for a cat, but manageable for them and my cat used it for a day without any issues.

Whistle is like Fitbit for dog but better. Not only I can track her daily activities but I can also track her daily scratching and licking and be alerted when there's an anomaly. It's also nice to know where she is with the location tracking feature!

Our dog, Lily is and escape artist. Once she had gone whole night (and came back, though) we had decided to get a tracking device for her. We picked Whstle. When she got out again, my husband saw her in the ranch next to us on Whistle app. He called her towards the ranch and. she came back!! What a relief!! And also, our another dig Daisy recently chewed her Whstle. I contacted support. The customer service, Anjana answered very promptly, and she was very helpful and resourceful. We just bought a new one! We are so happy with the product and are very satisfied with the support, as well. I highly recommend it!!

I was having issues charging my dogs whistle device which I've had for three years with no problems. After finally getting it to reset with the help of the support rep, I realized that after 3 years it was time to replace it with a new one. The support rep, without prompting, gave me a code to get 20% off the new device and emailed me instructions on how to transfer the old account to the new device. I'm happy with my shopping experience with whistle. It is a great device and has helped me find my dog a few times in the last 3 years. Great peace of mind and can't imagine not having one.
