The website was fine but customer support couldn’t answer basic questions.

Great tracking - Poor battery - had big issues with the battery life since we are on a large property. Hoping the new Go-Explore solves that. Also, the plastic collar clip is cheap and not durable. Didn't know when I bought the first one I could get a proper collar. Ordered one.

Absolutely nothing difficult about the process.

It is wonderful to give us peace of mind. I just wish it were a little smaller. The size is a bit awkward on my dogs collar.

$5 shipping seemed to be a bit excessive for a $7 item!

The product is made sensibly and works really well, even in an area that has less than stellar wireless coverage. Customer response to a question was clear and timely. I would have given 5 stars except 1. 15 days after I bought, they replaced it with a new model. The one I got was sold with a substantial discount, but I would have preferred a CHOICE about buying the old one or the new one. I would have happily paid more to get the new one. 2. It should come with at least two of the mounting attachments. They are a tiny, inexpensive part, but I was intimidated by the fact that they aren't intended to be moved from collar to collar, and I waited to get a new collar with my dog's name and phone # on it to mount it to. I shouldn't have to pay $5 shipping for a pack of 3 attachments that costs $7. There should at least have been the option suggested to add the extra mounts to the original order, if it's really too expensive to include an extra mount in the package. All that aside, I'm really happy with the way it works.

I wish Whistle used PayPal. Everything else was seamless.

The customer service I received was good. The chat response was a little slow and I also got passed off to a different agent, but that’s ok Overall I was satisfied
