the website had 2 discount options but when I tried to take advantage of the 50% they would not honor it but honored the20% discount instead...and they never confirmed my purchase or sent me a receipt....

The site wasn't bad but it had a slightly different experience on mobile versus desktop. In addition, here are some other things that could be improved: * You can't order more than one Whistle at a time if you want different colors. You have to add one color to cart, then go back, then add another. * The checkout page is confusing - I can't reproduce it because I may end up buying another one by mistake so this isn't going to be exact, but after using PayPal it brought me back to this kind of two column screen and the options on the right seemed to cancel out the options on the left. * The contact us page was tough to find. I guessed on the company page and then got lucky when after a looooot of scrolling I caught it in tiny letters at the bottom. If I hadn't already been a member or there was a good competitor to you guys, I would have stopped looking and bought something from someone else. * I had no idea you sold collars! I found them by accident when scrolling through one of the pages looking for contact information. You should market that better. I buy light-up LED collars on Amazon - If you guys offered those with an integrated Whistle clip I'd buy some.

Link says to click here if your collar attachment has broken. I do. Entered in my serial number of my device. I do. The box turns red and it says my warranty expired last month. Okay, fine. But it doesn't tell me that because my warranty expired they won't replace my collar attachment. It should direct me to the e-commerce portion and let me buy one. The continue button is there, and I click on it, but nothing happens. Dead end.

I only needed to purchase the rubber piece that snap the connector on to the dogs collar. Making somebody purchase the connector is unnecessary. Should sell them separate.

I still don't know where/ how to pay for the subscription. There should be 24/7 customer support.

I ordered a replacement whistle and was surprised that I needed to populate all of my order information - name, email and address...I am already subscribed to Whistle online account for one pet...this information is all in my profile.

O just orders it I can’t give a review about it till I get the unit .. web site should talk more about the battery life .. I had to go outside the store for review which sucked

I am switching from Tagg to Whistle 3. There was no information about transferring my existing monthly subscription or turning of my current subscription. I don't want to pay for two subscriptions.
