I've used the whistle 3 in the past and just upgraded to the explore go.....in dense areas doesn't always get a goid signal, but in the clear it works well. I tried the Fi collar which didn't work, so returned to Whistle go explore.....so far very happy with the service. I only wished it would be faster on notification when the safe zone is breached. Recommend this product to everyone with an escape artist pet.

I wish I could give a higher review of Whistle’s product! I love this product but have had problems with the last two trackers that I’ve purchased (other products before these last two were excellent!). I have been a long time customer-even when the company was TAGG. Unfortunately this last go-round was not a pleasant experience with the tech support team. Before, when I needed help, I had exceptional service but now I believe the tech-support has been outsourced. Typically I receive very good technical support with other products from personnel that are obviously from overseas. But each time I’ve had to speak to a technician (about half a dozen times) they were of no help. I do understand that when a company grows they end up having to outsource but, unfortunately, often times you lose a sense of personal touch and somebody who really cares about helping you. I’ve always enjoyed the product but this last year has really tried my patience. I am going to try again though because I do believe in this product. I purchased two of the GO Explore trackers and hope to have better luck and a chance to think highly of this product again!

I have been a whistle user for many many years I needed a new tracker because ours finally died. Iwent to order the new tracker when I got it the clip which I was assured would fit and standard collar which is what I have for my gsd did not fit nor would it even barely fit. I called and they tried to tell me it would or they could send me a Velcro gps which no way I would use that since were she to run off she it would come off and then I would have a lose dog. They could also not give me any discount since I had to get a new collar for the tracker. There was a compromise to give me one month added on to my subscription so hopefully that will stay on my account.

We love the whistle!!!!!! Great peace of mind that if our dog runs off we can track him. The last one we bought barely lasted a year and stopped working. Every time we called customer service they gave us other things to try and nothing worked. I finally got tired of trying and just bought a new device. Hopefully this one lasts longer and the battery last as long as it says!!!!

Easy and quick to order. Owned one previously so already knew what I wanted.

Great product and great iPhone app but it would be nice if there was also a iPad friendly version of app

The checkout experience was average. I bought a go explore after getting help from Sarbpreet S. In support in returning my whistle 3. They were really understanding and helpful. They had to ask a supervisor something to help me but got me the response promptly and politely. Hopefully my new Whistle go explore lives up to the hype gps-wise since I wasn't impressed with the performance on the Whistle 3.

I found the website easy to click through but didn’t really see clear details if the whistle came with any clips or charging cords. So now I wonder if I have to go back a buy these items.
